How fast can you get to me?
It depends on where you are and where our trucks are at that moment. Call, tell the dispatcher your location, and you’ll get an honest ETA — not a number a website made up.
I broke down on US-31. What do I do?
Get as far onto the shoulder as you safely can, hazards on, and stay in the vehicle with your seatbelt on. Then call with your direction of travel and the nearest exit or mile marker. US-31 is our main run between Holland and Muskegon — we know every exit on it.
My car is stuck, not just dead. Same service?
If it’s in a ditch, snow, sand, or mud, that’s a winch-out — we do those too. Describe the situation when you call and we’ll send the right setup.
Is towing covered by the $80 flat rate?
Local tows inside Grand Haven city limits, 9am–7pm, yes — it’s a seasonal rate that ends October 31, 2026. Accident tows, recoveries, impounds, and anything outside city limits are quoted separately — ask the dispatcher.
