In Grand Haven city limits, 9am–7pm, a tire change is part of the $80 flat rate (a seasonal special through October 31).
Straight Answers
Do you bring a new tire?
We install the spare you have. If there’s no usable spare, we’ll tow you to a tire shop — tell the dispatcher and you’ll get a straight quote for that instead.
Where should I wait?
In the vehicle with your seatbelt on if you’re on a highway shoulder, or well away from traffic. Tell the dispatcher exactly where you are — mile marker, exit, or landmark helps.
