Fast Jump, No Guesswork

Dead battery calls are quick when the truck shows up ready. We’ll get your vehicle started and make sure it stays running before we leave.

If the battery won’t hold a charge — it happens, especially after a Michigan winter — we can tow you to a shop for a replacement instead of leaving you to die at the next stoplight.

In Grand Haven city limits, 9am–7pm, a jump-start is part of the $80 flat rate (a seasonal special through October 31).

Straight Answers

My car keeps dying. Jump or tow?

If it jumps but won’t hold a charge, the battery’s likely done. Tell the dispatcher what it’s been doing — sometimes the honest answer is a tow to the parts store or your shop, and we’ll say so.

Is a jump really enough in winter?

Usually, if the battery’s healthy. If it’s old or was already weak, the cold just delivered the news. We’ll get you started either way and tell you what we see.
